• Planning and handling the exports of D&H Secheron Electrodes products like Electrodes, Wire rods, Welding wire etc.
• Handling Operations of Ocean Freight & Customs Clearance& Transportation.
• Handling Freighting, Invoicing & Auditing
• Negotiation Bill as per Country regulation.
• Charging the customers as per agreed rates and Country regulations.
• Negotiation with Sales team for missing rates.
• Adding Charges as per agency emails.
• Handled operation and all documents related work like Invoice, Packing list, B/L, Shipping Bill.
• Arranging transportation for LCL and Sea Shipment.
• Freight Negotiation with Shipping line, NVOCC & Freight Forwarders.
• Negotiate and set up contracts with Shipping line & other vendors for export at optimum cost & better services.
• Support to sales/marketing team for Export logistics cost & timelines.
• Personal meeting with Shipping lines and agent for service & relation improvement.
• Making monthly freight compression chart for cost effective movement of shipments.
• Planning of shipments and & route and arranging booking of shipments according to INOTERMS.
• Doing Insurance of export shipments.
• Making Order Review and Dispatch Form (ORDF) on regular basis.
• Co-ordination with factory & purchase for inventory status.
• Review with service provider and vendors on a regular basis.
• Provide on the job support, guidance and feedback to team members.
• Maintenance of documents for the various activities handled.
• Due diligence of export procedure & applicability to items and getting updates on changes in policies in India as well as
• overseas ports and countries, notifications, trade notice & percolate the knowledge.
• Co-ordination with team members and colleagues of other departments for smooth movement of consignment and documentations.
• Arrangement of booking of Sample shipments for movement to overseas destinations.
  

Requirements

• 7–12 years in export logistics & documentation
• Industry Preference: Candidates from welding consumables, steel, or wire manufacturing background will be preferred.
