💰 Salary: Up to ₹19,000/month (CTC) + PF & ESIC

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily manufacturing operations at our Indore facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, uphold quality standards, and lead a team to meet production targets safely and effectively.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to production schedules and quality standards
• Monitor equipment and ensure optimal performance
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance
• Train and guide production staff.
• Resolve production issues promptly

Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical.
• 6 months to 1+ years of experience (Freshers welcome)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of welding electrodes or similar products is a plus
