Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day factory operations, ensuring production targets are met.
Manage workforce, assign duties, and monitor performance.
Coordinate between design, procurement, and installation teams.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolutions.
Maintain production logs, shift reports, and efficiency records.
Requirements:
Sound knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing and installation processes.
Experience in managing production teams.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to timelines.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
Work Timings: Factory operates in shifts: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM (subject to change). No night shifts currently.
Language proficiency: English, Kannada, Hindi.
Work Location (Factory): Sy.No. 85/9, K. V. Jairam Road Jakkur, Yelahanka, Hobli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560064
