Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee supply chain and manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
• Conduct thorough assessments of current-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution.
• Provide expert insights and recommendations on process improvements, technology integration, and operational efficiencies.
• Develop detailed project plans, work products, presentations, and deliverables.
• Communicate project updates, including status, risks, issues, and escalations, to clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, with a concentration in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Execution, Logistics Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or manufacturing, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale projects in a consulting or internal role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing best practices, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
• Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements.

Additional Qualifications:

• Advanced degree or certifications in supply chain management, manufacturing, or related fields (e.g., CPIM, CPSM, CSCP).
• Experience with ERP, MES, Warehouse Management, Planning, Quality, Transportation and other supply chain management software.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
