Greeting from Cohnreznick!! Position Overview: CohnReznick is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain or Manufacturing Subject Matter Expert to join our team. Our CxO practice partners with executive teams to assess enterprise readiness, align strategy with operations, and build scalable, efficient operating models. This role involves providing expert guidance and support in the areas of supply chain management, manufacturing processes, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industry best practices and the ability to drive strategic and executable initiatives that enhance our clients' operations. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee supply chain and manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives. Conduct thorough assessments of current-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain and manufacturing operations. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions. Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution. Provide expert insights and recommendations on process improvements, technology integration, and operational efficiencies. Develop detailed project plans, work products, presentations, and deliverables. Communicate project updates, including status, risks, issues, and escalations, to clients and internal teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, with a concentration in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Execution, Logistics Management, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or manufacturing, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency. Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale projects in a consulting or internal role. Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing best practices, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project). Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements. Additional Qualifications: Advanced degree or certifications in supply chain management, manufacturing, or related fields (e.g., CPIM, CPSM, CSCP). Experience with ERP, MES, Warehouse Management, Planning, Quality, Transportation and other supply chain management software. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
