Create and follow up on leads through a range of channels, including cold calling, property portals, internet marketing, and recommendations.
Set up and oversee property viewings for prospective renters or purchasers. Describe the property and negotiate with the client. Describe features, expenses, and comparisons to other assets in detail. Maintain client data and follow-ups current in the CRM and database. Meet and exceed individual sales targets while assisting with organizational objectives. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
