Your role at a glance:

own the sales strategy and execution

Responsibilities you would handle:

  • Develop and execute a results-driven sales strategy:

    Plan and implement sales initiatives that align with business goals, targeting growth, revenue, and high occupancy across all coworking spaces.
  • Lead and mentor a team:

    Guide, support, and motivate the sales team, helping them achieve both individual and collective sales targets while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Identify and nurture leads:

    Source and manage potential clients across startups, SMEs, and large enterprises, conducting workspace tours, understanding their requirements, negotiating contracts, and successfully closing deals.
  • Forecast and report on sales performance:

    Maintain accurate sales forecasts, track pipeline progress, and provide regular updates on revenue, occupancy, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive member retention and upselling:

    Focus on maintaining existing client relationships, encouraging renewals, and promoting additional services such as meeting rooms, virtual offices, and other workspace solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams:

    Work closely with marketing, operations, and community teams to ensure a seamless, integrated experience for clients and enhance overall member satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors:

    Keep track of competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning to identify opportunities, maintain a competitive edge, and inform sales strategies.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:

    Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    4–8 years of proven B2B sales

    or business development experience, with mandatory experience in the

    coworking industry.

  • Strong

    leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building

    skills.
  • Proficiency in

    CRM tools, data analytics, and market forecasting

    .
  • Ability to

    analyse market trends

    and make data-driven business decisions.
  • A self-starter with a

    strategic mindset

    and a strong network within the coworking ecosystem.
