Commercial Architect

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Commercial Architect with proven experience in designing and executing office spaces. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in interior fit-outs, architectural drawings, and on-site supervision. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design and development of office spaces—from concept to completion. Create functional, efficient, and visually appealing layouts tailored to client needs. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, culture, and spatial requirements. Present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and manage client expectations throughout. Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, safety standards, and regulations. Oversee all project phases, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination. Work closely with contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure timely and on-budget project execution. Conduct site visits to supervise construction and ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards. Resolve on-site issues promptly and maintain consistent progress. Supervise execution of architectural plans and ensure material and construction quality. Keep updated with trends and integrate sustainable, innovative solutions into designs. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications. Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: Proven experience in designing and executing office/commercial spaces is a must. Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, architectural drawings, and site supervision .
