Position: Manager- B2B Marketing


This is a Delhi-based position and work from office only!


Work Location: Sector 23 Dwarka, Delhi


Job Summary:


Key Roles & Responsibilities


  • Develop, implement, and optimize

    B2B marketing strategies

    aligned with business and revenue goals
  • Drive

    lead generation and pipeline growth

    through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, campaigns, and partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership to ensure seamless alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives
  • Own and manage

    LinkedIn and digital outreach strategies

    to engage and nurture potential enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing B2B clients, understanding their business needs and pain points
  • Oversee the

    end-to-end sales/lead lifecycle

    , from lead qualification to conversion and closure support
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI; optimize strategies based on insights
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data within the CRM system
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches
  • Mentor team members and contribute to team knowledge sharing and process improvements
  • Deliver exceptional stakeholder and client communication, ensuring a professional brand representation.


Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3–4 years of experience

    in B2B marketing, demand generation, or B2B sales-focused marketing roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with

    LinkedIn-based lead generation and B2B outreach strategies

  • Proven ability to design and execute successful B2B marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Solid understanding of

    B2B sales cycles, prospecting, lead qualification, and conversion strategies

  • Experience working with

    CRM systems and marketing/sales tools

    to manage pipelines and performance metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives independently
  • Target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding business goals
