Position: Graphic Designer Job Summary: This role will focus on creating engaging digital banners for e-commerce platforms and point-of-sale activations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing visually appealing and effective marketing materials, utilizing stock imagery and possessing basic video editing skills. The executive will handle a Key Account Exclusively for Nuvoretail and is expected to be WFO at the Client’s office location for 3 days a week in Bengaluru. Main Responsibilities: • Design and create digital banners for various e-commerce platforms and point-of-sale activations for General Mills products. • Utilize stock imagery and other design assets to create visually compelling and brand-consistent marketing materials. • Design marketing materials from scratch based on provided briefs and creative direction. • Edit basic video content for online and in-store use. • Collaborate effectively with the Brand Manager and other members of the marketing team. • Maintain a high level of creativity and attention to detail. • Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Adhere to brand guidelines and style guides. • Learn and Incorporate Design and Creative trends relevant to the Consumer Goods category – Digital from what we can observe in social media & E-Com Apps, Offline from what we can observe in Market visit / Research Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a demonstrable portfolio showcasing relevant work. (Portfolio submission is mandatory with resume) • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Experience creating digital banners for e-commerce platforms. • Basic video editing skills (e.g., using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Strong understanding of visual design principles and brand guidelines.
