Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Executive, E-Commerce Position Summary The executive will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing plans for the E-commerce Business for a client. The executive will handle a Key Account Exclusively for Nuvoretail and is expected to be WFO at the Client’s office location for 3 days a week in Bangalore. Main Responsibilities • Execute Search Marketing Campaigns across top E-commerce platforms. • Understand and Manage ad budgets, ACoS/ROAS targets, keyword bidding, and campaign performance benchmarks across channels. • Work closely with the internal stakeholders to understand business requirements/objectives. • Coordinate with platform account managers to understand new product development and in case of troubleshooting. • Analyse performance data and prepare actionable insights on a Daily, Weekly and Monthly level. • Optimize product listings and content for organic search (SEO) performance across platforms. • End-to-End Purchase Order & Invoice Management for all Marketing Spends • Routine Management including A&CP spending. Minimum Qualifications • Degree: MBA from a Tier 3 College preferred • Years of experience: At least 2 years of relevant Search marketing experience, preferably in FMCG/F&B industry. • Data-driven mindset with strong Excel/Sheets and reporting capabilities. • Experience of handling multiple campaigns/platforms at the same time. • Strong understanding of E-commerce dynamics, Bidding & keyword strategy, and customer buying behavior. • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal functions and external parties. • Positive thinking with a strong growth mindset, action attitude and open-minded for teamwork. • Fluent in written and spoken English Preferred Qualifications . • Personal fit with the Company's culture: passionate, quality and results-oriented, high level of integrity, supportive, open, flexible, and focused. • Analytical, questioning, and challenging approach. • Strong critical thinking and strategic reasoning skills. • Proactive approach to workload management • Excellent communication and influencing skills - able to communicate (verbal and written) ideas with learning concisely. • Ability to work in a team. • Strong views but with an openness to listen to others and to challenge stance to provide the best solutions. • Commercially minded and Consumer focused • Curious to learn, Innovative, Self-starter.
