Manager Accounts & Finance

Job Summary:

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the overall accounting operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and supporting management with financial insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance and return filings.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts periodically.
• Maintain accurate and updated accounting records in Tally or ERP software.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management review.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team members.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for transactions and documentation.
• Maintain a proper record and tracking system for all security deposits made to customers, vendors, or government departments.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / other accounting software
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
