Manager Accounts & Finance

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Accounts to oversee the company’s accounting operations, statutory compliances, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PT, PF, and other statutory requirements, along with hands-on experience in Tally or ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, general ledger).
• Finalize monthly and annual accounts and prepare MIS reports.
• Ensure timely filing and payment of GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESI, and Income Tax.
• Handle audits, coordinate with external auditors and consultants.
• Prepare budgets, financial analysis, and cash flow statements.
• Supervise the accounts team and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Coordinate with HR for payroll-related compliance and deductions.
• Liaise with banks, vendors, and statutory authorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in Accounts; minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally / ERP software.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹25,875.83 - ₹40,670.79 per month
