Stores & Maintenance Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Stores Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock movements, and reorder requirements. Maintain accurate records of material inward and outward entries. Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments for smooth supply chain flow. Conduct regular physical stock verifications and audits. Ensure proper storage conditions and organization of stock. Maintenance Management: Plan and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules for all machinery and utilities. Maintain logs, service records, and ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations. Minimize equipment downtime through timely maintenance and resource planning. Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or service contracts. Lead the maintenance team and ensure adherence of safety protocols. Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Materials Management is a plus. 4+ years of experience in Storekeeping, Maintenance, or a combination of both in a manufacturing setup. Strong knowledge of inventory software, ERP, and MS Office. Hands-on experience with machinery and facility maintenance (preferred). Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
