Job Description

Responsibilities: · Pickup and Delivery : Collect parcels or products from the warehouse or vendor and deliver them to customers' addresses on time. · Route Planning : Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries. · Package Handling : Handle packages carefully to prevent damage during transit. · Customer Interaction : Communicate politely with customers during delivery, and confirm delivery with signatures. · Documentation : Maintain records of deliveries, returns, payments, and delivery confirmations. · Vehicle Maintenance : Ensure the delivery vehicle (bike, scooter, etc.) is in good working condition and regularly maintained. · Compliance : Follow traffic rules and company guidelines for safety and professionalism. · Returns Management : Collect returned items from customers and report back to the concerned department. · Reporting Issues : Report delays, accidents, or other delivery issues promptly to supervisors. Qualification: · Education: Minimum: 12th Pass (HSC) · Driving License: Valid two-wheeler license · Physical Fitness: Should be physically fit and able to lift and carry packages. · Communication Skills: Ability to communicate politely with customers. · Experience (optional): Prior delivery experience (e.g., food, courier, e-commerce) is a plus but not always required.
