Role Overview:

Engineering Graduates

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business leaders on

  strategic initiatives, operational improvement, and project execution

• Analyze market trends, operational data, and business performance to identify gaps and opportunities
• Assist in the design and implementation of

  business process improvements

  across departments
• Contribute to

  supply chain optimization, cost control initiatives

  , and

  quality management programs

• Lead or co-lead short-term projects in areas such as

  operations, strategy, finance, or business development

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align goals with execution
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.E./B.Tech (any discipline) from a reputed engineering institute

  AND

• MBA/PGDM (2024/2025 batch) from a

  Tier 1 IIM (A/B/C/L/I/K)

  or other top IIMs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau is a plus)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving business environment
• Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Chandigarh or project-based locations if required
