We believe in empowering talent and nurturing future leaders. Position Overview: We are looking for a recently qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team in Chandigarh . The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong foundation in finance and taxation and a keen interest in gaining hands-on experience in a corporate finance environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements as per statutory guidelines Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory filings Conduct account reconciliations, journal entries, and day-to-day accounting operations Support internal and external audit processes Participate in budgeting, forecasting , and variance analysis Maintain compliance with IND-AS, Companies Act, and Income Tax Act Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth financial operations Assist in drafting and reviewing MIS reports for management Desired Candidate Profile: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Year of qualification: 2023, 2024 or 2025 Sound knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or similar ERP tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills High level of integrity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Exposure to diverse aspects of corporate finance and compliance Opportunity to work closely with senior finance professionals A learning-driven, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment Clear career progression path within the organization
