As a Management Trainee, you will be an Engineering Graduate from premier institutes (IIT/NIT/BITS) with an MBA/PGDM from IIMs (2024/2025 passouts). The ideal candidate will hold a B.E./B.Tech from a reputed engineering institute and an MBA/PGDM (2024/2025 batch) from Tier 1 IIMs or other top IIMs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools, and adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving environment are key requirements.
