💼 Key Responsibilities

• Rotate across key group companies (Education, Real Estate, Hospitality, Digital, Manufacturing)
• Drive strategic initiatives like market expansion, M&A, and digital transformation
• Support investment analysis, business modeling, and board-level reporting
• Liaise with senior leaders and external partners on high-impact growth projects
• Conduct competitive intelligence and policy scans for new verticals
• Participate in new market entries in India, GCC, Canada, and Australia
• Build long-term plans with a focus on scalability, profitability, and impact

🎓 Required Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM from a

  Tier-1 institute in India

  (Mandatory)
• 0–2 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, startups, or growth roles
• Strong analytical and financial skills (Excel, PowerPoint proficiency)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-impact, multi-sector environment
