Company DescriptionWe suggest you enter details here. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Human Resources at Optas Group, located in Chandigarh. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. They will also manage the recruitment and selection process, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management will be a key responsibility. Having experience in Real Estate sector is preferred. The Group major focus is in Real Estate sector hence the experience in Real Estate is must. QualificationsSkills in Human Resources (HR) and HR ManagementExpertise in Labor and Employment Law, and HR PoliciesExperience in managing Employee RelationsStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferredRelevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
