Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Management:

  • Develop, maintain, and manage MIS reports and dashboards using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Automate data processing and report generation using Google Scripts.
  • Create and manage Flow Management Systems (FMS) and checklists.
  1. Technical Proficiency:

  • Utilize advanced functions and features of MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, array formulas, macros, and data analysis tools.
  • Use Google Sheets for collaborative data management and real-time updates.
  • Use of Looker Studio.
  • Implement Google Scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  1. Database Management:

  • Extract and manipulate data from our current ERP database.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in database operations.
  • Create queries and reports to support various business needs.
  1. AI Integration:

  • Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance data processing and operational efficiency.
  • Implement AI-driven solutions for data analysis, forecasting, and report generation.
  1. Program Requirements:

  • Apply knowledge and skills gained from the Tech Mastery program by Rahul Jain.
  • Implement best practices and methodologies learned from the MBT program by Sanjeev Jain.
  • Effectively use all tools and resources provided in the Tech Alumni by Sanjeev Jain.
  1. Communication:

  • Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with other departments.
  • Prepare and present data reports to management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain decent spoken English for smooth internal and external communication.
  1. Operational Support:

  • Provide support to the operations team in data management and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MIS and data systems.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of Google Scripting and its application in creating FMS and checklists.
  • Completion of the Tech Mastery program by Rahul Jain and the MBT program by Sanjeev Jain.
  • Familiarity with tools available in the Tech Alumni by Sanjeev Jain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in working with databases, specifically in extracting data from ERP systems.
  • Experience in using AI tools for data analysis and operational efficiency.
  • Decent spoken English and effective communication skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a back office or operational support environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience in automating processes and creating efficient data management systems.
  • Experience in working with ERP databases to extract and manipulate data.
  • Experience in integrating and using AI tools for business operations.
