Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive to join our team at Satvam Nutrifoods Limited, located in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position at the executive level, with a requirement of up to 10 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of Microsoft Excel, including skills such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP. These skills are mandatory for effective performance in this role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, essential for daily tasks (Mandatory skill).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred for a foundational understanding.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, compile, and maintain comprehensive MIS reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and insights, facilitating informed business strategies.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze business data, identify trends, and make recommendations to management.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive company and employee data, adhering to data protection policies.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on the effective use of MIS tools and related software.
• Continuously improve existing systems and processes for data reporting, ensuring they meet evolving business needs.
• Prepare and present regular updates and findings to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Actively participate in strategic planning initiatives by providing essential data-driven insights.
