JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

1) Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate regular reports on operational metrics,

performance indicators and trends related to home care services.

2) Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in existing operational processes and

develop strategies for improvement.

3) MIS Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain Management Information

4) Make 100 sales calls DAILY – 20 hot calls (strong interest - to be deployed), 40 warm calls

(with strong interest), and 40 cold calls (new/passive leads with soft interest) – to generate

new deployments for BCG/GDA, Nursing Staffs, sales of medical equipment, and medical

devices.

5) Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards of

care in home services.

6) Client Relationship Management: Utilize MIS data to enhance client experience, personalize services, and address specific needs and preferences.

7) Forecasting and Planning: Maintain historical data and trends to create forecasts for

future demand in home care services.

8) Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure

that home care operations comply with legal requirements. Prepare and maintain documentation required for regulatory audits and inspections.

9) Technology Utilization: Explore and implement new technologies and software solutions to improve the efficiency of MIS and operational processes.

10) Cost Management: Monitor and control operational costs related to home care services.

11) Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
