Role Description This is an on-site full-time role for a Business Development Trainee, located in Bilaspur. The Business Development Trainee will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, analyzing data, and providing excellent customer service. Key day-to-day tasks will include identifying business opportunities, supporting sales strategies, engaging with clients, and assisting in the formulation of business development plans. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data Effective Communication skills to engage with clients and team members Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research Excellent Customer Service skills Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Show more Show less
