Job Description

Business Development Trainee (B2C)

Stipend: ₹12,000/month + incentives + conveyance
Location: Hosur
Travel: Up to 25% (KA & TN)

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree (final-year students & freshers welcome)
Good communication skills in English
(Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada– added advantage)
Must have a bike, a driving license, a laptop & smartphone
Interest in EdTech, sales & career counselling
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, email & CRM (preferred)

Responsibilities:

Counsel students and job seekers on training & placement programs
Handle leads from website, WhatsApp, calls & social media
Conduct course demos, follow-ups & drive enrollments
Maintain lead data and sales pipeline
Participate in local events and promotions (25% travel)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Location:

Hosur, Tamil Nadu (Krishnagiri District) (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
