Business Development Executive (BDE)

• Position: Business Development Trainee (6-month full-time trainee position)
• Salary: ₹17,000 per month + incentives + conveyance allowance
• Location: Hosur (with frequent travel across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu)
• Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (final-year students and fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong communication skills in English and Kannada (knowledge of Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu will be an added advantage)
• Must own a bike with valid documents, a driving license, a laptop, and a smartphone
• Passion for EdTech, training, and career development

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (final-year students and fresh graduates are welcome).

• Strong communication skills in English and Kannada (knowledge of Hindi, Tamil, or

Telugu is an additional advantage).

• Must possess a bike with valid documents, a driving license, a laptop, and a

smartphone.

• Passion for education, EdTech, and career development.

• Willingness to travel locally and manage client communication via calls and emails.

• Basic digital literacy (Google Sheets, email tools, and CRM usage preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients (principals, placement officers, training heads).

• Schedule and conduct product demos and presentations to promote:

o Training programs

o Campus placement training modules

o Coding assessments and LMS solutions

• Build relationships with institutions and customise training proposals based on their

needs.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide timely updates to management.

• Respond to inquiries from students via the website, WhatsApp, events, and social

media.

• Counsel students about appropriate courses and training programs.

• Ensure follow-ups, conversions, and post-sale support to maximise satisfaction.

• Provide students with guidance on resume building, interview preparation, and

internship opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Location:

• Hosur, Tamil Nadu (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
