Business Development Associate – Metro Multimedia Technologies (Digital)

Location: Mumbai
Type: Full-Time

Metro Multimedia Technologies (Digital) [MMTD] is one of India’s leading large-format and soft signage digital printing facilities, powered by Durst technology. With over two decades of experience, we serve top brands in retail, corporate, hospitality, and events. We provide premium large format print solutions with a pan-India reach.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you will drive growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients. You will play a key role in outreach, partnerships, and market intelligence while working closely with leadership to expand MMTD’s client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients in retail, corporate, events, and interiors.
  • Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and calls to secure meetings.
  • Meet and maintain quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales pitches, decks, and proposals.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to spot opportunities.
  • Manage client relationships and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and interactions.
  • Represent MMTD at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Provide regular updates to management on pipeline progress.

Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience in digital printing or wallcoverings is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with marketing and procurement decision-makers.
  • Excellent phone, email, and in-person communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Positive, motivated, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

KPIs

  • Number of qualified meetings secured per month.
  • Leads successfully converted into long-term clients.
  • Contribution to quarterly revenue targets.
  • Growth in partnerships, referrals, and repeat business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
