Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 6 PM)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive (Female) with around 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to generate and convert leads, and a passion for building long-term client relationships. We are specifically looking for local candidates from Ahmedabad who can work from our office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into clients
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable company services
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with prospects
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding
• Maintain and update CRM and sales records

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
• Basic understanding of IT / digital services (web, software, or marketing is a plus)
• Good organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Around 1 year of experience as a BDE / Business Development role (internship included)
• Candidate must be from Ahmedabad (local preferred)
• Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented personality
