Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Trainee to support our sales and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for enthusiastic female candidates who are eager to build a career in business development, client relationship management, and strategic sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations
• Communicate with prospective and existing clients via calls, emails, and meetings
• Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
• Conduct follow-ups with leads and support conversion activities
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to understand offerings
• Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends
• Learn and apply business development strategies under senior guidance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
• Confidence in speaking with clients and presenting ideas
