Job Description

Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and implement 360° digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SMO, PPC, Email, Affiliate, Display, etc.). Build localized content calendars aligned with product launches, marketing campaigns, and seasonal trends. Collaborate with in-store teams to align digital efforts with offline retail promotions. Performance Marketing Manage Google Marketing Platform (GMP) including DV360, GA4, and Search Ads 360. Lead PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to maximize ROAS. Continuously optimize CPC and conversion rates through A/B testing and data-driven strategies. Social Media Optimization (SMO) Strategically manage platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Utilize tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Sprout Social for scheduling, engagement, and analytics. Localize content for cultural relevance while maintaining brand consistency. Data Analytics & Reporting Own and maintain dashboards and performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly). Analyze customer behavior via GA4, CRM systems, and loyalty data to inform campaigns. Leverage heatmaps, clickstreams, and bounce rates to optimize user experience and conversion paths. E-Commerce & Loyalty Integration Drive traffic and conversions on Cheers’ e-commerce platform using both paid and organic channels. Support digital activations for Cheers Loyalty Club, including email/SMS campaigns and digital coupons. Budget & Vendor Management Manage digital marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and efficiency. Oversee third-party agencies and freelancers for creative production, media buying, and influencer collaborations. Innovation & Leadership Stay abreast of emerging digital trends (e.g., voice search, retail media networks) and apply first-mover strategies. Train, guide, and mentor junior team members and interns. Key Requirements Education Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. Experience 5–8 years in digital marketing, preferably within retail, FMCG, or e-commerce. Demonstrated success in managing high-impact PPC and social media campaigns. Hands-on experience with GMP, Meta Ads, and social media automation tools. Skills Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (Data Studio). Strong copywriting and content strategy skills. Knowledge of retail marketing dynamics, seasonal buying behavior, and shopper psychology. Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
