Role Description

This is a full-time GRN Assistant role located on-site in Mumbai. The GRN Assistant will be responsible for generating and managing Goods Received Notes (GRNs), ensuring accuracy and timely recording of received goods, coordinating with suppliers and warehouse teams, and maintaining records and documentation. The assistant will also support inventory management and stock control, monitor discrepancies, and resolve any issues related to received goods. Additional responsibilities include assisting with internal audits and compliance checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and inventory management
• Coordination skills for working with suppliers and warehouse teams
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools
• Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Prior experience in retail or supply chain management is a plus
• Relevant education or certifications in logistics, supply chain, or related fields
