Job Description

Role Summary:

Goods Receipt Note (GRN) process

Key Responsibilities:

GRN Creation & Material Verification:
Handle receipt of materials by verifying quantity, quality, specifications, and updating GRNs accurately in the ERP system while ensuring proper labeling and storage.
Coordination & Documentation:
Coordinate with QC for inspections, report discrepancies to Purchase, maintain GRN records, and support Accounts with documentation for vendor payments.
Inventory & System Updates:
Maintain accurate ERP entries, update stock ledgers, and assist in inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
Material Handling & Store Support:
Manage unloading and inspection arrangements, support store organization, and ensure safe material handling practices.

Candidate Profile:

Knowledge of
GRN process, inventory management, and store operations
.
Familiarity with
ERP systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities.
Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical components (added advantage).
Education: Diploma
Experience: 13 years of experience in GRN operations.
Freshers with good aptitude may also be considered.
