Job Description

Ensure that data entry clerks are capturing the invoices in the system within the planned time.
Ensure that both quantity and prices of each item as per the invoice is matching with the quantity and price captured in the system.
Ensure that price claims are raised in the event of an overcharge by the supplier.
Ensure that price claims are validated with the appropriate purchase order or price list shared by the supplier.
Ensure that debit notes are raised for all returns
Ensure that debit notes are raised
Ensure that valid claim copies are available for all debit notes raised to the suppliers.
