Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect goods delivered to the store or warehouse. Generate and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in the system accurately. Match received goods against purchase orders (PO) and invoices. Report discrepancies or damages to the procurement or accounts team. Coordinate with vendors, storekeepers, and purchase teams for timely in-warding of stocks. Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) method and proper shelf-life tracking. Maintain records for audits and stock verifications. Support in cycle counts and stock reconciliation activities. Key Requirements Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in GRN or inventory management. Strong knowledge of inward process, GRN documentation, and stock records. Familiarity with inventory software (like Task) or ERP systems preferred. Attention to detail and good numerical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
