We are looking for a hands-on, disciplined, and results-driven Branch Manager to lead one of our supermarket branches. This is not a desk job — you’ll be expected to own your store’s performance end-to-end, drive operational efficiency, and ensure consistent customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for a comfortable management role with minimal involvement, this is not the job for you. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience managing a supermarket, retail outlet, or FMCG store . Proven ability to manage a team of 10–30 staff with accountability for performance. Strong knowledge of retail operations , inventory control , and basic accounting . Ability to handle pressure , multi-task , and stay organized without constant supervision. Familiarity with stock software, billing systems , and basic Excel/WhatsApp reporting. Ready to work on weekends and public holidays as per retail industry norms. Must-to-Have Prior experience in a multi-branch retail chain . Exposure to inventory audit processes and cost control techniques . Background in handling franchise or company-owned outlets .
