Job Description

Job Title: Branch Head – Sales

Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to 6 LPA (based on interview performance)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Branch Head – Sales to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Drive sales of firefighting and security products in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and ensure effective lead conversion.
Oversee the complete sales cycle and ensure adherence to processes.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
Conduct presentations, negotiations, and sales closures.

Required Skills & Experience:

5–6 years of experience in field sales & direct sales.
2–3 years of experience in team handling.
Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Organized, detail-oriented, and strong in time management.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team.
Must have their own bike and laptop for field and reporting work.
