Role Overview

The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads, connecting with prospective customers, presenting Ceasefire’s fire safety solutions, and ensuring smooth coordination with field sales teams. The role involves proactive communication, strong product understanding, and effective sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Ceasefire’s products and services.
  • Generate qualified sales leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
  • Follow up on inquiries received through calls, emails, and marketing campaigns.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers confidently.
  • Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and lead-generation goals.
  • Coordinate with sales managers and respond to customer queries promptly.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach during all interactions.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate fire safety solutions.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market trends.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Good command of English and local languages (as applicable).
  • Ability to explain technical products in a simple and engaging manner.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or outbound calling (preferably in B2B or industrial product sales).
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
