Report critical or non-cooperative cases to higher management. Provide convenient doorstep collection service to customers unable to visit the office. Maintain politeness, professionalism, and security during field visits. Collect proper identification/signature during doorstep transactions. Make reminder calls to customers before EMI due dates.
