1. Check Loan Applications – Verify all documents submitted by customers.
2. Do Field Verification – Visit applicant’s home/business to check details.
3. Evaluate Creditworthiness – Check income, CIBIL score, and repayment capacity.
4. Approve or Reject Loans – Recommend approval or rejection based on findings.
5. Follow Credit Policy – Ensure all loans follow company credit guidelines.
6. Prevent Risk & Fraud – Detect fake documents or high-risk cases.
7. Prepare Credit Reports – Make proper loan assessment and submit reports.
8. Coordinate with Branch Staff – Work closely with branch manager and business team.
9. Monitor Loan Portfolio – Review performance of loans disbursed.
10. Support Recovery if Needed – Help recovery team in case of defaults.
