Credit Manager

As a skilled Credit Manager at our company, your role will involve various responsibilities to ensure efficient credit management and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Visit business premises, properties, and residences of customers during the pre-disbursement process - Analyze actual business income and expenses beyond reported income of customers - Understand customer business and requirements from their perspective - Study, analyze, and interpret legal and technical property reports as well as internal check reports - Underwrite and sanction home loans/loans against property sourced by the sales team - Address post-sanction conditions and respond to queries raised by the team before disbursement - Make recommendations to supervisors based on deviations from the approval matrix - Coordinate and communicate with various departments - Maintain Turn Around Time (TAT) as per guidelines and ensure timely decision-making - Adhere to policies and processes defined by the Central team for all loan applications - Monitor non-starters and trends of first EMI bounce - Maintain and report various Management Information System (MIS) for portfolio performance and risk assessment - Continuously enhance underwriting capabilities based on portfolio performance Qualifications Required: - Graduation degree with 3-5 years of experience - Strong knowledge of the affordable home segment In addition to the challenging role as a Credit Manager, we offer competitive salary packages, bonuses, mediclaim plans for you and your dependents, and access to educational resources for both technical and non-technical self-improvement.,
