Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers for loan recovery as per the daily collection list.
Follow up with delinquent customers and convince them for payment.
Collect cash/cheques/DDs and deposit the same to the branch/account.
Update payment status and report collection progress to the manager.
Maintain cordial relationships with customers while adhering to collection ethics.
Escalate non-responsive or problematic cases to the senior team.
Ensure proper documentation of receipts and follow NBFC compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 10th pass (12th or Degree preferred).
Prior experience in collections or field work is an advantage.
Good communication skills in local language.
Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred).
Familiar with the local area and routes.

Working Hours:

Part-time basis, with flexible timings as per collection schedule (e.g., 3–4 hours/day, 6 days a week).

Salary:

Fixed + Attractive Incentives on collection performance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
