Collection Executive (NBFC Experienced Female Candidates)

• Visit customers as per the daily collection schedule.
• Collect EMI amounts in cash or through digital modes.
• Issue receipts and update payment records promptly.
• Deposit collected cash safely at the office or designated bank.
• Identify Non-Performing Asset (NPA) accounts and overdue borrowers.
• Personally visit such customers to negotiate repayment or settlement.
• Educate customers on the importance of timely repayment and its impact.
• Report critical or non-cooperative cases to higher management.
• Provide convenient doorstep collection service to customers unable to visit the office.
• Maintain politeness, professionalism, and security during field visits.
• Collect proper identification/signature during doorstep transactions.
• Make reminder calls to customers before EMI due dates.
• Follow up over phone for missed payments and encourage immediate clearance.
• Maintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and pending dues.
• Update software or manual registers regularly.
• Ensure customer acknowledgment for all payments received.
• Submit daily collection reports to branch manager or accounts team.
• Inform any irregularities or suspicious behavior during collections.
• Plan daily routes for efficient customer visits.
• Ensure timely start and end of fieldwork with a structured visit plan.
• Handle customer queries or concerns politely and professionally.
• Resolve disputes related to payment mismatch, receipt errors, etc.
• Follow the company’s cash handling and data privacy policies.
• Ensure personal safety during field visits and escalate risk cases immediately.
• Meet monthly/weekly collection targets set by management.
• Maintain high recovery percentage and reduce delinquency rates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
