Fresher cannot be apply Responsibilities: Perform RF device installation, maintenance, on network sites. Troubleshoot and resolve RF-related issues, ensuring minimal network downtime. Locate and repair faults in RF cables and connections without causing network interruptions Confirm proper setup, configuration, and termination of RF devices on patch panels, hubs, routers, and cross-connects. Conduct thorough signal quality testing and performance analysis of RF devices and systems. Requirements: Proven experience in RF network maintenance and troubleshooting (no freshers). Strong understanding of RF devices, signal propagation, and testing methodologies. Hands-on experience with RF testing equipment and tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in field environments. Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards for RF installations. Report collection status and progress to management regularly. Follow up on unpaid invoices and work towards achieving monthly collection targets. Escalate unresolved accounts to senior management when necessary. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to facilitate smooth collections.
