Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment and onboarding of employees
  • Maintain employee records and attendance
  • Assist with payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
  • Manage employee leaves and HR documents
  • Support employee engagement and training activities
  • Address basic employee queries and issues
  • Help with performance reviews and exit process

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and people skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
  • Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Organized and detail-oriented

Qualification:

  • MBA in HR (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
