Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preschool Centre Head at Petals Preschool and Daycare, located in South Delhi. The Preschool Centre Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and educational environment, managing staff, implementing educational programs, and maintaining communication with parents. The role involves curriculum planning, administrative tasks, staff development, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications Leadership and Team Management skills Experience in Early Childhood Education and Curriculum Planning Administrative skills and ability to ensure regulatory compliance Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in New Delhi Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field Interested candidates may share their cv’s on hr@petalsgroup.in. with Current CTC.
