Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preschool Centre Head at Petals Preschool and Daycare, located in South Delhi. The Preschool Centre Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and educational environment, managing staff, implementing educational programs, and maintaining communication with parents. The role involves curriculum planning, administrative tasks, staff development, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Experience in Early Childhood Education and Curriculum Planning
• Administrative skills and ability to ensure regulatory compliance
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field
