3- Handle student counselling, parent meetings, and walk-ins to convert inquiries into admissions.
4- Coordinate with trainers to ensure smooth delivery of classes and training quality. 5- Oversee daily operational activitiesadministration, scheduling, facility management, and reporting. 6- Address and resolve student/parent grievances promptly and professionally. 7- Conduct marketing activities including seminars, field visits, tie-ups, and promotional campaigns. 8- Maintain strong communication with the management team and provide regular updates. 9- Ensure a positive, professional, and growth-oriented environment at the centre. 10- Train, lead, and supervise centre staff for smooth workflow. Required Skills & Competencies 11- Strong sales and marketing skills with the ability to meet targets. 12- Excellent communication and presentation abilities. 13- Ability to handle operations, student/parent interactions, and centre management. 14- Skilled in negotiations, conversion of leads, and building relationships. 15- Good on-the-job experience in managing education or service-based centres (preferred). 16- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle grievances efficiently. 17- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team. 18- Professional, disciplined, and customer-focused approach. Qualifications 19- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage. 20- Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in centre management, sales, education, or service industry. 21- Experience in student counselling or training institutes will be preferred.
