Job Title: Accounts Trainer
Department: Training & Development / Accounts Location: Amritsar Experience: 15 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Accounts Trainer to train students or professionals in accounting concepts, software applications, and practical business finance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations and strong communication skills to deliver engaging and effective training sessions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and online training sessions on accounting principles, Tally, GST, Income Tax, and other relevant accounting software/tools. Develop and update training materials, manuals, and assessments as per the latest accounting standards. ¢ Provide practical knowledge on bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger posting, trial balance, and financial statement preparation. ¢ Guide learners on compliance processes like GST returns, TDS, payroll, and reconciliation. ¢ Assess trainees progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure learning outcomes are achieved. ¢ Coordinate with the training team and management to schedule and deliver sessions. ¢ Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, and software tools. Requirements: ¢ Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. ¢ Proven experience (2+ years) in accounting, finance, or as a trainer in the same field. ¢ Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, and Income Tax filing. ¢ Strong communication and presentation skills. ¢ Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way. ¢ Certification in accounting software (preferred). Preferred Skills: ¢ Practical knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax). ¢ Experience in corporate or academic training. ¢ Good interpersonal and mentoring skills.
