About the Role

MITS Academy, Jalandhar is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Trainer to train students in core programming and web development technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, good communication skills, and the ability to simplify concepts for learners. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, preparing learning materials, and ensuring students gain practical, job-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery

• Conduct classroom training sessions on:
  
• Python (Core + Data Handling)
  
• JavaScript (ES6+)
  
• Web Development Fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind
  
• Basic React / MERN concepts
  
• SQL & Database Basics
  
• Git & GitHub
  
• Ensure training sessions are interactive, engaging, and practical.
  
• Help students build confidence through hands-on exercises, coding tasks, and projects.
  

2. Curriculum & Content Development

• Create training plans, assignments, project tasks, and assessments.
  
• Regularly update course materials as per industry trends.
  
• Develop real-world examples to enhance learning outcomes.
  

3. Student Management & Support

• Monitor student progress and provide individual support.
  
• Resolve student doubts and strengthen core fundamentals.
  
• Conduct regular evaluations, tests, and feedback sessions.
  

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain student attendance and performance records.
  
• Coordinate with the Center Head and management for training schedules.
  
• Support workshops, demonstrations, and center-level activities.
  

Required Technical Skills

• Python (core concepts, loops, functions, OOPs, lists, dictionaries, file handling)
  
• JavaScript (ES6+, DOM manipulation, events, basics of async programming)
  
• HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind
  
• Basic React / MERN stack knowledge
  
• SQL fundamentals and database concepts
  
• Git & GitHub version control
  
• Ability to guide students through simple real-world projects
  

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
  
• Relevant certifications or prior training experience will be an added advantage
