l Develop and customize course content based on student needs
l Guide and support students in building IT skills through hands-on learning
l Track student performance and maintain accurate training records
l Manage classroom systems, software, and ensure smooth functioning
l Coordinate assessments and provide feedback to students

l Strong computer skills and sound knowledge of IT tools
l Effective communication and classroom management skills
l Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
