The IT Technical Trainer is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering training programs. This role ensures all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to use the company's technology systems and tools effectively. The trainer will work closely with various departments to assess training needs, create training materials, and deliver training programs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver training programs on various Software Technologies, Tools, and Concepts. Develop and deliver training for employees and Interns on technologies like AI/ML, MEAN/MERN Stack, SQL & Python. Train and support employees to certify themselves on Azure, AWS & GCP, or any other major technologies Maintain training records and track the progress of trainees. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and technological advancements.Create and update training materials, including manuals, user guides, and e-learning content. Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to meet the needs of different audiences and skill levels, from beginner to advanced. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA CTT+, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), etc.) are a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT training or a related field. Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms. Proficient in using e-learning tools and software. Personal Attributes: Patience and a passion for teaching and helping others learn. Adaptability and the ability to work with diverse groups of people. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
