The trainer will work closely with various departments to assess training needs, create training materials, and deliver training programs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver training programs on various Software Technologies, Tools, and Concepts. Develop and deliver training for employees and Interns on technologies like AI/ML, MEAN/MERN Stack, SQL & Python. Train and support employees to certify themselves on Azure, AWS & GCP, or any other major technologies Maintain training records and track the progress of trainees. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and technological advancements.Create and update training materials, including manuals, user guides, and e-learning content. Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to meet the needs of different audiences and skill levels, from beginner to advanced. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA CTT+, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), etc.) are a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT training or a related field. Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
